Got Crabs? Let's Party!
in japanese katakana, "Paa-tii Tai-mu"
yummy. very crunchy. coated in some really-bad-for-you orange sesame glaze. very salty. very good with drinks. different parts of it had different tastes... i like the rich innards, brain, and goo tasting parts. dunno what it actually is? in chinese it's "蟹膏" ?

errrr ... very very interesting. not sure i'd eat them whole! do you eat it with the shell & everything? seems a bit small to de-shell.
and i think people just call those things crab innards, and the more technical term is viscera (i think)
Well, they're just a nibble away from being cute.
hi mini - yeah, it's impossible to de-shell. the meat inside is all dried up and stuck to the shell so i just nibble at it. the shell isn't very hard. it's all brittle and crispy. like crunching on corn nuts.
anon - they certainly are, viscera and all.
